CHILTERNS CYCLE HIRE - HIRE TERMS

BY HIRING A BIKE FROM OTEC BIKES / CHILTERNS CYCLE HIRE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• I agree to return the bike in the same condition that I take it in.
• Otec Bikes reserve the right to charge £20 cleaning fee if required.
• I agree to look after the bike as my own while it is in my care.
• I agree to report any damage upon return of the bike in this case OTEC Bikes offer that any damage will be repaired at reduced price otherwise damage will be charged to your card at retail rates
• I agree to undertake standard pre-ride “M” checks including QR skewers are tight, tyre pressures are correct, bolts are tight and the brakes function correctly.
• I am aware not to put lubricants or cleaners on the disc brakes
• I have inspected the bike upon receipt of it and am happy it is in full working order.
• I agree to check the bike over with a member of OTEC Bikes staff on return.
• I understand that there are inherent risks involved in cycling both on and off road and agree that OTE Bikes or its staff are in no way responsible for my actions or the results thereof.
• You will be offered a cycle helmet on bike collection (or drop-off). We strongly advise you wear one at all times when cycling.
